DESCRIPTION:We are not the type of people who just talk about the future we want to create.  We want to figure out HOW to make it happen. \nHow much can we look to the California State Government to make this better world a reality? \nTo explore this question\, we have brought in three people who actively work to pass policies at the state level. \n\nZach Lou of CA Green New Deal\nMelissa Morris of The 5 Gyres Institute\nCarlos Alarcon of California Immigrant Policy Center\n\nEach panelist will describe their work and the types of legislation that are working to pass.  They will help us understand the process and obstacles to getting legislation passed in California. \nAfter the introductions\, we will have a Q&A session. \nThis event is also a celebration of WEAll CA’s new Statewide Policy Guide which features 12 organizations and their work to pass policies aligned with a Wellbeing Economy vision. \nSign up HERE
