DESCRIPTION:Common Cause California has a dedicated team that works to promote legislation to defend and strengthen American democracy.  Their top issues include fair redistricting\, reducing corruption and innovations in public participation. \nThis year\, Common Cause CA is a sponsor of a California State Bill that could be a big step toward public financing of elections.  Public Financing is one tool to mitigate the negative affects of unlimited money in our politics. \nDavid Shor is the Money in Politics Program Manager at Common Cause CA.
