Democrashe offers young women training in inner work to develop the courage, resilience and emotional tools to be effective leaders. Their focus is cultivating the next generation of emotional mature and compassionate leaders we need in governance.
Sarah Jakle of Democrashe will step us through the history and successes of their program as well as teach us some practices we can immediately implement to help us find joy and resilience in our own work.
