Neil is the founder of Values-based Education(VbE), which is a whole school philosophy and methodology to create a learning and teaching environment based on universal human values. It enables young people to develop their character, which is Self-led.
Self leadership is the gift of VbE, which is so needed in the world. VbE includes students, parents, teachers and the community. It has been successfully run all around our planet.
