Neighborhood Economics – Repairing Local Economies

Neighborhood Economics is founded on the principle that the neighborhood is the unit of change to create equitable opportunities, and build communities where everyone can prosper.

On July 23rd, Tim Soerens of Neighborhood Economics will join us to tell us more about their strategies to build trust and create breakthroughs in communities ready for change.

Their program is focused on connecting local leaders, impact investors, minority entrepreneurs, and people of faith who want to build a more just economy. Their approach is human – to prioritize empathy and personal connections in our dealings

Neighborhood Economics also hosts an annual conference in a different city every year.  This September, they will gather in Galveston.
