Regional Collaboration for System Change

Longtime WEAll ally Matt Biggar joins us to share his most recent work on collaboration among regional actors for systems change.

Matt will highlight newly launched regional change programming in the Bay Area.

The Transforming Our Region, member-led forum at the Commonwealth Club, focuses on a systems-change approach to regenerating nature, communities, and local economies across the region.

Regenerative Bay Area is a parallel series of workshops for regional, subregional, and county organizations in the Bay Area.

After a short presentation, we will discuss how to apply the systems change and strategic collaboration approach to the work of WEAll CA and its members.
